Keep Falling Apart
This item is very badly constructed. The ball joint is loose so the sat nav drops every time you hit a small bump in the road. The unit falls apart for no apparent reason, you can put it back together but not when you are on the highway trying to get to a destination you don't know ..GRRR! I bought two of these and both are equally poor

Solved a problem
They were bigger than I expected, even though the measurements were accurate. Still they did the job.

The right Parts for our machine
The parts fitted without a hitch, the last set we had had to be cut to fit.
