Excellent handsfree headset
I work from home full time and use a vpn connection to connect to my office out of state. My job is in a call center environment we’re I’m taking calls all day. This headset is very light weight and comfortable even after being on the phones for 8 hours. Since I only use my landline for work having one base was excellent. For the price point this is a great phone. If I had a gripe it would be the color of the LCD. A nice blue would have been nice just to give it some subtle contrast. I can agree with what others said with the buttons being small but since I use this with avaya software most of my call features can be controlled from the software itself and don’t really rely much on the button control other then mute. The only other suggestion would be having backlit numbers. During the winter months in New England it gets dark by 4:20 having some lighted buttons would be nice just to help make it easier to see them at night. Sound quality it excellent even at low volume. The boom mic is a little sensitive and does pick up a little bit of environment noise but much better then a regular landline phone so I can’t gripe. Overall excellent phone for those that spend long hours on the phone or work from home.

Pretty good basic calibration DVD
It's a pretty decent although somewhat cheesy . I mainly use it to set contrast and brightness. It is made for someone who is completely new to tvs which is good If you have relatives that recently converted from older tvs to hd tvs. It's far from a professional calibration tool but for the cost vs the results you can't beat it.

Works great!
Solid built and works like a charm. Cord length might be an issue for some but since I use them on my PC not that big of a deal.
