So Easy To Install
This unit was so easy to install. It was received very soon after it was ordered and after a quick review of the instructions, I installed it in a few minutes. I've only had it a few weeks so can't say too much about the change in my water quality, but my neighbor has had the same unit and he says he was shocked as to how much better his water is. seeing as we are on city water/sewers, I assume my results will be the same.

User Unfriendly
First issue was the inability to get the tabs off. It was impossible to get the shields on without picking up debris from around the area. It seems to have had so much static electricity that no matter what I did, everything just clung to it. I finally had to give up and attempt finding a better shield.

Excellent !!!
I have reduced hearing and needed something light and easily handled to use at night while watching TV or listening to music.....so as not to disturb others in the house. I have the TV and other electronics all wired through my receiver so I just wanted a set of headphones that I could leave attached and wouldn't have to hook up every time I wanted to use them. I had, in the past, used the TV Ears and other variables that have been advertised, but they did not perform that well, nor last very long. So far, these are the most comfortable and seem to reproduce that sound the best of all that I have tried. I find clarity an issue on occasion, but cannot tell if it is the headphones or the signal coming through from the source. All in all.....I have found this to be a very best buy for my situation.
