  Good experience overall. Item was in very good used condition (wear and dirt on wheels). Not “new” as described. In fairness to the seller, you’d have to look for this and know what you’re looking for. With a bit of cleaning and lubrication it was good enough for me and I am happy with my item. Shipping was lightning fast and item was very well packed. I would buy from the seller again but would be more careful to inquire about actual condition.

  AS FAR AS I KNOW THE LOCO WAS NEW HOWEVER I DID REMOVE IT FROM THE BOX TO TEST IT OUT I RAN IT ON MY TRACK I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS IN WORKING ORDER. IF IT WAS USED MORE THAN THAT I DON'T KNOW BECAUSE WHEN I GOT IT THE BOX WAS FACTORY SEALED OR AT LEAST IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS. SORRY IF IT WASN'T I WOULD NEVER LIE ABOUT SOMETHING I DON'T DO THAT KIND OF BUSINESS
