Just right.
I thought it was the same model I had, but it wasn't. However it works with the model I have. The only difference was the cradle and that handset can only be used with that cradle! But it works fine. Programming it or linking it to my existing system was easy and the same way I linked my other extensions. Very good price .

Great product that could use a little improvement.
Linking the phone to my existing system was extremely easy. Seller sent detailed instructions. I like the fact that this Panasonic Cordless Handset uses regular AAA batteries and not those special battery packs that are more expensive. Although the handset is comfortable, it would be nicer if if there was a way to be able to rest it between your head and shoulder so you could multi-task or take notes/write things down without having to put the phone down in order to write or type. Instead, in order to do anything other than talk on the phone you need to put it down first. The speaker function works well, but you still need an area to put the phone down. Navigating the functions of the phone is a little difficult and finding a specific function or menu items could be improved. I love the feature that speaks who is calling and the phone number. Unwanted calls are easy to block, but there is a limited amount of numbers you can "block"
