Carving blanks
1 of 1 found this helpful Very good Basswood blanks and he provides one completed as s model and one marked out for the novice. I have carved 3 already and deviating to make them into other types of boots works fine with these little blanks also...easy to carve into a cowboy boot for example.

Nikon D80 Kit
My daughter is taking photography in high school and has shown some real talent for it. I wanted to get her a better camera without spending an arm and a leg. Our son has a D-200 which is very similar except it has a metal body whereas the D-80 has plastic but basically all other functionality is the same or very close. The other key thing I learned was look for the number of shutter exposures.....the one I purchased had on 1,800 which is like new and they are good for a minimum of 50,000. So I basically purchased about $1,000+ of equipment (came with a telephoto lens) for $580......a very good deal and one very happy young girl!!
