Excellent product. I'm recommending it to family and friends for joint paint and hair and nail growth.
1 of 1 found this helpful I first purchased this item 2 years ago for reasons i do not recall. However, I've learned that MSM is great for joint pain and stiffness. I take 1 tsp 2 times a day. I gave some to my mother who suffers from leg and knee pain and swelling due to weight gain and an injury she sustained a few years ago and she said it works, she feels a difference and asked me to order her some next time I order. I read some reviews before purchasing it again this time around and can agree with some that I did experience hair growth and strengthening of my nails. I'm a skeptic when it comes to supplements and what they purport to do, but this product really works.
