Useless product
2 of 3 found this helpful No back up or help, software is flawed, poor product, firmware update is not correct, can't use the lights remotely as gateway instructions are just rubbish, bought Phillips hue lights, work perfectly

Poor Quality
0 of 1 found this helpful Bought this item thinking it would be better than the cheaper ones, very dissapointed, took ages to come, when it did arrive, poor quality, had to bend it to get it to fit and change the cable from the old one as the new one broke. Eventually got it fitted but don't think it will last long
