Nikon Zoom-NIKKOR 43-86mm F/3.5 Ai Very Good Condition #53619

Zoom range is abysmal, but otherwise a very cool lens
As the title states, the zoom range on the lens is absolutely horrible - it can't zoom wide enough to capture a large scene well, and it can't zoom in close enough to capture a distant scene well either.
That said, when I am able to capture something that's framed well or the composition is good, I love the results with the lens - because it's an old school manual lens, the resulting pictures have a touch of that old-school haze - it automatically gives your pictures a softer, more airy quality that you cannot get with the ultra-high resolution of modern lenses.
As a geek for older technology, I particularly enjoy the manual aperture settings - especially since the lens is properly marked for focal range at each zoom level & aperture setting.
In addition, because the lens is fully manual, it offers a good bit of flexibility for reverse mounts/macro mounts or other similar pieces.
Ultimately, for the price I paid, it's a cheap way to mix up the type and look of shots that I take.

Excellent flashlights for the price!
Super cheap price, but the quality is phenomenal for what you're paying! Metal construction so it's durable, the toggle switch seems sturdy, and the beam of light is adjustable - wide beam for lighting a large, close-range area, or a narrow beam for distance. Plus because it's an LED, battery life is excellent. Because they're so cheap, I ordered quite a few of them and have them in all our vehicles, in several rooms of the house in the event of a power outage, and I keep two with me in my photography/camera pack. I love these flashlights!

Get something else, esp if you love flavorful coffee. Cheap components and watery coffee.
This machine brews watery, weak coffee. I typically drink 3-4 cups per day, and have been experimenting with a variety of methods to get a cup that I enjoy drinking, and in the two weeks I've had it (call it 40-50 cups of coffee so far), I'm severely disappointed and would love to get my money back if I can.
I've tried changing grind style, how much coffee I use, how much water used (8, 10, or 12 oz are the options), and I simply cannot find a way to get this machine to make robust, flavorful coffee.
Additionally, it makes a mess when you use the grinder. Grinds splash off the rim of the filter pod and all over the counter, and more grinds spill off the rim onto the catchbasin below when you remove the pod from the holder. See pictures.
Further, there's nowhere to store the scoop that comes with the machine, and if you are brewing using the provided filter & pod, you have to wedge the removable K-cup adapter into the "barista" flip-out on the side of the machine (where the self-ground pod is kept when brewing K-cups). The K-cup adapter simply doesn't seem to fit in the side of the machine, which is utterly absurd to me. Again, see images provided.
Last, the components are CHEAP. From the very first mug that I brewed, I was immediately worried that the flip open lid for the self-brew pod was going to come off some day... and today was that day. Already. 50 cups or less into owning this machine, and the self-brew pod - the only one I'm going to use - is already broken.
I desperately hope that I can get my money back and get something else, because this machine is garbage.
