Good knife for the price!
1 of 1 found this helpful I compared the knife with others from Japan and you have to know what features are important to you and what jobs you will use it for. It was just the right blade thickness and overall weight matched my use of 6-8 hours a day of cutting and chopping. My only little problem was that the handle is a little small for my big hand, fixed with a handle wrap.

Good deal for great product!
Perfect size for small lipped bottles. Having 2 trays makes enough for a long trip with my sports bottle.

Quick and easy
This is my second sharpener. The first lasted over 10 years in a professional kitchen. A home cook would have it last a lifetime. It’s quick and gives me a great sharp blade to prepare hundreds of pounds of food. I feed a minimum of 800 meals a day up tp 6,000, so I know a good product.
