Fascinating

This book is excellent. It explains karma, reincarnation, and all the astrological signs from a karmic astrological view. At the end of the book, there is a list that tells you what your sign is based on your birthdate, so you don't need to make a chart.

Best floss I have ever used

I have tried many different kinds of flosses. I did not like any of them, except this one. It is thin, but not too thin. It slides into tight places easily. No shreds whatsoever. It also has a great taste. I only buy these, and I hope they will keep making them. The quality is excellent.

Great for cramps and pelvic pain for women

I use this ointment for cramps and palvic pain every month. I rub it into my skin, and then cover the area with a warm blanket. It creates such a nice heat, that my pain goes away fast, and it relaxes me. I also use it for shoulder and neck stiffness. The heat penetrates my skin, and relaxes my muscles immediately. It also works well with headaches. When I have a migraine, I rub it into my neck and shoulders to release the tension. Both colors (red and white) are excellent. They work the same way for me. The only difference is that the red one is stronger, and the color makes everything red that it touches, and it is not easy to remove the color from your white shirt.
