Timex T2N651 Men's Weekender.
A beautifully simple, exceptionally easy to read - even quickly, i.e. at a glance - because of the white watch face & black hour & minute hands. Even the second hand is easy to read too in a 'fire engine' red color, it also has a very nice movement & lines up perfectly with the face increment markings.
The whole package is exceptionally likeable & of all pieces are very highly finished & very smart looking.
The fabric strap has a nice smooth surface, the clasp is fairly low profile & the receiving strap has two strap containing rings of which are very nicely polished & shaped.
As can be read, I really like this watch, Timex have always ( to my knowledge anyhow...) made very very nice product at reasonable retail prices.
This watch for filled all that I wanted - an exceptionally easy to read, quickly, beautifully finished basic function ( it ONLY tells time, remember i.e. not even date function, I also love the small face diameter - 38mm from memory & it also has a very likeable low profile - 9mm odd from memory...???
I love beautifully simple functional items in life & this for absolute sure is one of them.
This watch comes with various face colors ( and with a date function, if so required...) & various colors of straps are available too.
Another feature I exceptionally like is that the strap flows continuously under the watch housing, i.e. the strap is a one piece set up of which I like/prefer as two piece straps always break at the lugg ends at the stiching or the plastic gets brittle & breaks.....
I think it's10 out 10 for simplistic style, function,size & weight - it's not too heavy either!
The bezel of the face is exceptionally well polished, feels like a 'little bit of quality' was put in to it.
Can't beat it for value either, in my case $30~ U.S.
A nice & simple wrist watch in today's technological overloaded world....

Plane/Best Kept Secret
Well, somebody thought this guy had a good voice - & consequently thought he was worth recording!!! Get the idea here???!!!
This would probably be my first choice to, if i was so inclined to be going to do so, cut my wrists to.....
Very monotoneal drab from one song to the next....
Not at all worthy of a purchase, - be warned....
But, that's just my opinion, however, I am a music lover, of most styles...

Timex T49713 Mens "Expedition Camper" Wrist Watch.
4 of 4 found this helpful The Timex "Expedition Series" of wrist watches all seem to be very nice & of a very high quality finish & physical feel wise. They always have beautiful workmanship on the various materials that can be encountered or purchased in the Expedition Series ( I personally own 4 of them now ). Also these watches keep absolutely superb time, exceptionally good in my experience of ownership of them.
The "Indiglo" light function works exceptionally well too.
I have read & found that some Timex watches are not the quietest wrist watches around but I'm slightly hearing impaired & leave my watches in the bathroom once taken off, so not a problem in that respect. During wearing time in an extremely quiet place, I quite like the "ticking" it reminds me how much I like owning them & imparts a kind of "quality" feel to the ownership experience! I do obviously like this series & Timex product, you can tell! It also has been 24 yrs since my first purchase of a Timex Expedition example.
One point I will highlight & stress here on this model in particular is that it doesn't seem to have a very long strap, 21cm/8" of "useable" stap ( it is a Velcro strap remember, so it needs the "tounge" part with male part Velcro to return 180° on to itself to secure it!
I have a 19cm/7½" circumference male wrist & I feel that this is the limit in reality for this particular watch strap. This particular model Expedition also has a quite small face to it, only 30mm/1¼" diameter but I actually prefer small faced watches! I tend to catch big faced ones on things & scratch them up!
Alround a very very nice "simple" watch, exceptionally easy to read
( even with Presbyopia on set!!), white background with black hands always ensures this. The hour hands line up very well with hour & minute increment markings & the date is ( also black #'s on a white background ) also very easy to read, albeit not that big, only a smallish faced watch remember!!!
I haven't yet disliked anything on my "Timex" mini collection!
Cheers!
