Compelling!
VERY compelling argument that dispels the rationale for low-fat diets. It's the CARBS.
The author details the flawed and inadequate scientific research that once convinced all of us that fat produces fat in our bodies. Hence the lo-fat craze - margarine, and all the rest. It may seem counter-intuitive, but it doesn't. Teicholz has done her job well! Very impressive work!
