Not a good product
This is a cheaply and imprecisely constructed item. It does not broadcast most types of seed evenly or reliably. Spreading sudangrass over 7 acres went fairly well, but attempts to spread a grass mixture and Dwarf Essex rape were exceptionally frustrating. The resulting seedbeds are embarrassing to look at. I do not recommend this product.

Solid product
This is boiled linseed oil. It does what boiled linseed oil does. It does it well and with no apparent detriments.
Of further note, it comes in a metal can, not a plastic one. Mine was dented, probably from shipping, but not in such a way as to compromise its integrity.
