Not Unlocked/ Network compatibility

rendered useless, insists on connecting to Verizon network. No good for travel. Weak signal strength.

ARRIVED BROKEN

Does it work? I have no idea. The button on the top of the pen which is supposed to turn it on is broken. It arrived with a broken "on" button. Garbage
