Very pleased with the product. It's a keeper.
This Polaris 360 is great. It replaced my old one. After 8 years the old one decided it was not going to work any longer plus it blew out the back 1/2 if the plate, so we decided we needed a new one. The new one has been great. The only problem at the beginning is that the hose coils up one to two loops and it will eventually work itself out but I sometimes assist it in getting out the loops. I think the hose is too long from the pool edge to the next link, hose is 7 foot long. I may try to insert a swivel in the middle of the length to where I think the looping will stop. For the first few days it went in circles in one spot for a few minuted then it would travel to the other side of the pool and come back and circle a few times, but now that happens very infrequently. Overall I'm very pleased with the Polaris 360. In 21 years of having the pool, this is my 3rd Polaris. The first one lasted 11+ years. I figure that the past 8 years the chemicals may have been to strong and we are in an extremely sunny area, Sacramento,CA, and time just fractured the plastic end a weakened it.
