Bent head gaskets
Both head gaskets from this supplier arrived bent. They were shipped in bubble mailing envelopes. I ordered a third head gasket from another supplier and it arrived in perfect shape. This supplier used two pieces of cardboard on one side and a single piece of cardboard on the other and wrapped it in clear packaging tape. Both suppliers had fragile stickers on their packages, but for some reason the post office managed to bend both packages when bubble envelopes were used.

2X3 sleeved american flag.
The quality of this flag excellent, much better than I expected.

Not 100% satisfied.
I found it too hard to program. I had to call on a IT person for help. Now that it is programed it fails to turn off the cable box 1/3 of the time.
