Free shipping, not so free
I am giving a yes for all questions only because I have dealt with this individual before and never had any problems.
I have not opened anything yet as they are for birthday gifts for twins.
I will say I was not satisfied that they were supposed to be FREE SHIPPING and I had to pay a $4.00 C.O.D. charge because seller didn't weigh the product correctly.
