Nut cover works!
Does exactly what I wanted it to do -- protect items from being scratched by the bolt / nut.

Chef's Design -- Large capacity
This is a quality product that I have used for years. I ordered another since my
old one is wearing out -- the Teflon coating is wearing thin (after 6 years) -- but
I cook often. It's become my favorite roaster.
This is a great large capacity roaster. You can do two large roasting chickens
with veggies without a problem. I use it to make many dishes that require browning the
meat before going onto the next step. It's an all I one roaster and does a great job!!

Damaged product, poor packaging
1 of 1 found this helpful Product arrived badly damaged. The diffuser (plastic cover) was shattered into pierces. The metal chassis was bent. Packaging was quite poor which no
doubt was the reason for some of the damage. I do not recommend this supplier.
