Great little dumbbell weight lifting bench.

It works just right , small, compact. I have been looking for adjustable bench like this I use it for a dumbbell work out. It is stable and can support over 300 lbs and at this age I don't lift over 60 lb dumbbells, at 77 years old. It doesn't take up that much room in my gym, closet, Bedroom. It is nice to be able to work out in the middle of the night when I can't sleep.
