Expensive, but well made
I had been performing dumbell and barbell wrist curls, and using a wrist roller for quite a while before purchasing this. I just wanted something different that I could use while watching a film with the wife. So I hadn't felt like I had wasted 2 hours.
I thought it was quite expensive, and I still do really a few months on. It is four to five times the price of a wrist roller, and it still really only does the same thing. Sure, you can use this seated, and it works the muscles on both arms at the same time, instead of individually and alternating. However the spring on this is limited to 50kg or tension.
If you already have a wrist roller or free weights, you probably really don't need this. It is however a beautifully made gadget, it is rather compact if you're short on space, and it works as well as anything else you can try, but not better, in my opinion having used it for quite a while. If it was half the price, I'd be inclined to think it would be about right, price wise.

Great quality, large quantity, good price.
Really good quality creatine, at a very reasonable price. It is a good sized tub that will last you for weeks, including the initial loading phase. I'd recommend and buy again

Super stuff
Restores engine power, responsiveness, and MPG. At least it seems to, in my opinion.
