- mesh can be rinsed clean and reused
- fine grit: smooth finish for cork floor
- use a vacuum cleaner and wear a dust mask

excellent product
Organic and gluten free.
Uniformly small sized grains cook quickly in microwave oven - one part quinoa to two parts water.
No need to rinse, just serve.
Great substitute for pasta or rice. Less starch, higher in protein, and superb in flavor.
