Garmin GPS is a driving tool I can depend on to help get me anywhere I go.
I'm a true GPS believer of the easier to use, the better. Larger display makes it easier for my old eyes to see the street names. The eco fuel helps calculate how much gas we've burned after we enter in the current gas price. The screen switches over when we approach a busy intersection to show how many lanes there are, direction arrows, and a pink stripe to make it easy to follow. I do not use the text option (my husband's preference), but it was easy to understand with multiple choices. The chord is larger to allow for the fm reception for traffic updates. The "commerical" message I read complaints about only comes on when stationary, and leaves when the car starts moving. I did have difficulty getting the lifetime maps software set up. Still not quite sure if I have it done correctly and am somewhat concerned because it was supposed to be entered within 30 days (I think) of purchase. GPS units before this have been disposable because replacement was comparable to the cost of updating maps. At least this unit has the lifetime maps included, so we'll see how long it lasts. Worthwhile purchase, I think.

d-CON Rodenticide Pre-Bait Wooden Mouse Snap Trap, 4 ct
    Sep 19, 2017
    Tricky to set but effective
The latch to connect to is plastic and needs to be at an angle for the latch to catch. To set the trap and not snap it on your fingers is a trick. We supplemented the pre-bait with a small amount of peanut butter. One of the mice we caught required assistance to die (so a 4-star rating). We have used hundreds of the d-con bait traps with cubed poison and recently purchased the snap traps. So much poison was used that we wondered if it was effective. Only needed to catch two mice with the snap traps and the infestation seems to have finally ended. I do not know how effective the pre-bait works, but the amount of peanut butter we used was less than a teaspoon to set all four traps. Leaving them all set for future unwanted visitors.

Franklin Cleaning Technology Accolade Floor Sealer - FKLF139022EA
    Oct 14, 2017
Skeptical to use based on lack of research data but glad I purchased!
Applied the Franklin Cleaning Technology Accolade Floor Sealer to the peel-and-stick vinyl tile I just installed. With black and white checked tile, I wanted to find something that will help preserve and protect the white in the tiles. Researched multiple articles. What I gleaned from my research was: 1. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS closely in application, 2. Apply thin border layers with a wide brush (more control), 3. Apply thin interior layers with a white rag with sealer poured onto the rag for splash reduction, 4. Wait an hour to make sure each layer is completely dry before adding the extra layer, 5. When all layers are applied, wait at least 24 hours to put any furniture on to avoid scratching. I put on three total layers. I had created a test set of tiles and applied 3 layers and was able to scratch the surface easily before the 24 hour wait period. This is supposed to be a commercial product, but I have it in my kitchen. NOTE: The square footage I found stated was LOW for what I ended up with. One gallon was able to apply 3 thin coats to my 250 square feet of tile with almost 1/3 of the gallon left. Seller was VERY cooperative in replacing the second gallon I had purchased that UPS lost in transit (fell through the bottom of the box). Replacement was taped much better than original package. I would purchase this product, from the same seller, without any hesitation. This sealer is supposed to be good on anything except wood. It is my understanding that application can invalidate the warranty on your tile, so make sure you are willing to do so before you apply. I felt more comfortable in proceeding after I made my test patch of 5 tile beforehand. Good luck! I am very pleased with how shiny our floor looks! To avoid any concerns about slipping when stepping through the door, I purchased a rubber backed rug from Europe that is low profile. Also put down a rubber tray to kick off shoes onto to avoid extra water (potential silpage) on the floor.
