1 of 1 found this helpful My Chiropractor showed me this and told me that I needed it because my bottom lumbar vertebrae were so damaged, bent, & tweeked from sitting. My dad never git one and died of prostrate cancer. When the vertebrae get pinched, the brain cant get healing messages thru. Get to chiro once a week from birth to grave. Use a cushion with tail bone cut out, so your lower lumbar are NOT DAMAGED.
