Sharp pictures and a great value
1 of 1 found this helpful I am a longtime photographer and generally buy Nikon lenses but thought I would take a chance on the Tamron. The pictures are sharp and the price was a fraction of the Nikon equivalent. We'll see about the durability. Seems to be a lot of plastic and my first thought was "I had better not bring it to the beach with me because the sand will wreck havoc." I guess we'll see but I can replace it a couple of times before I reach the price of the Nikon.

Great 2-in-1
Exactly what I was looking for. Some drawbacks because I was used to a 16" laptop with DVD drive and big hard drive. But I was looking for something smaller that I could take to clients' homes and show pictures and the convertible ability of the laptop is perfect. Nice screen too.
