Poor quality shower head.

These shower heads seem to have a short life. The lights stopped working after only about 5 months. It also makes a high pitched noise when running which I think is the inside generator for the lights and is somewhat annoying to have to hear while showering. The only thing good are the jets which is why I gave it two stars, but you're better off just buying an unlighted shower head for a cheaper price. Overall, I would not recommend this.

Small timer that's hard to program.

The timer does what it's supposed to do. However, it doesn't keep accurate time very well. Runs about 5 seconds slow every day which adds up over time. Also, these timers are harder to program then they should be. I have other digital timers that are extremely easy to program. But with these, you have to fool around with them to get to the function you want if you don't have the manual in front of you.

Rugged and easy to operate

I have been using this type of timer for several years and never had a major problem. It's very easy to set and easy to use You can store multiple programs per week. Unlike other digital timers, the back up battery is very easy to replace by removing one screw on the back of the unit. The unit keeps great time when plugged in or not. It withstands the harshest weather with no issues. I just bought a second one to use and highly recommend this unit.
