    The items were well packed and arrived safely. However, there is a pretty significant chip in one of the rims that I don’t believe happened in shipping. The four stars for item description is because I think it should have been disclosed in the original listing. Instead, the description states no chips or cracks.

    Hi Roberta, Please accept my sincere apology for the chip on one of your glasses. t thought I had checked them all before packaging as I would NEVER intentionally send a damaged item to a customer.
