Not properly made
The part needs to connect the air filter and a small hose to the throttle body, but the inlet for the small hose was not properly made, such that the inlet did not connect to the centre of the part, but rather it capped the hose. As I needed to drive the car cross country the next day I cut a hole myself, which made me nervous as it was hard to do well and rubber that flakes off can get stuck in the throttle and valves.
