Cardio Overdrive by The Firm Workout
I have always loved The Firm workouts specially the weights in combination with the step exercise but of late doing the step has become difficult on my knees due to ache in my joints and so I'm very happy to discover the perfect combo of cardio with weights in this exercise. Also, seeing the short video clip of this routine really helped me decide this is exactly what I was looking for.
