This is the easiest gps I have ever used.
1 of 1 found this helpful It combines a gps and a two way radio. I can easily see where my partner is on the screen, and can find my friends if they have a Rino of any kind. I can also block out anyone. Shifting from map to compass to radio to altimiter etc is quick and intuitive. The Li-ion battery lasts all day and more. And the screen is in color. I love that. I use the radio when I caravan with friends and family. It is much easier than a phone and you can talk even when you are in deep cover or in a no cell service zone. I wish it had a camera.
I decided to buy it because I am out in the woods a lot. I am an amateur mycologist and I hunt for mushrooms. My partner and I often wander out of sight and we had to shout to find each other. One of our friends got lost in a rainstorm, and it took hours to locate him. He was not that far away, just over one ridge. He has a Rino now. I have a good sense of direction. Nevertheless, I know how easy it is to become disoriented when tired or just having too much fun hunting. .
During hunting season, locations are usually given in gps format. Being able to pinpoint an area and go directly there saves me a lot of time. Downloading maps from my MAC was surprisingly easy. Garmin has a good website for MACs, and some very cool free software.
I looked around stores and on the Garmin site to find the model I wanted and then turned to Ebay because I knew I would get the best price. I was not disappointed. Service was fast, shipping free, and it worked great out of the box.

Nice instrument
This little harmonica has a good sound. Even just learning to play it is fun, and no one in the house has objected. Everyone smiles when they hear me breathe and draw. It takes awhile to get the hang of it. I was delighted to see musicians on tv using this exact Marine Band harmonica professionally. Bought two books on Amazon with lessons for beginners.

loving the big screen
my husband is retired and loves the big screen. he reads the newspaper, books, does Zoom meetings, and netflix. 65 gigs is plenty for his needs.
