  The PSVR2 I have ordered came with a defective right controller triggers from R1-R3. Seller is insisting that the item is open-box and he tested it. I asked him how did he tested it? No response. Turning it on and checking if the controllers are charging is NOT considered testing. The only way you will find out if the unit is truly working is if you play a shooting game or a game that will require you to press the triggers. Also, open-box or Bnew unit does NOT guarantee that the unit is working.
