A grate "LEARNING" tool
2 of 3 found this helpful over all for the price its a very good young boys/girls starter compass to learn with the sight is plastic and not reall persioned the magnifying sight is not focused on the dialso it does make the dial hard to rea (i may just remove the magnifier later for my boy so he can learn how to set his bearings correctly)the dial is stiff to turn witch means it wont get knocked off course by accident and the face is very distinctive. A grate "LEARNING" tool since the case is metal it can hold up to a childs mishaps

The Price is Right
1 of 1 found this helpful look the price for this item was excellent I had to take it the car is 22 years old and I was not sure of what I really bought but with value there is always a chance of imperfection me being a mechanic I am willing to deal with that, in this case, the locking pin didn't quite line up into the housing and I used a rat tail file to knock away a little of the housing to rectify the problem and dropped the tumbler right in keys are q little catchy and stiff when inserting into the tumbler to start the car but I think this will smooth out maybe if I put a little shot of graphite in there to lube it up don't use oils as oil will attract and catch dirt causing you more problems in the long run
