EGO 56V LITHIUM-ION 35CM CORDLESS CHAINSAW SKIN ONLY

Great Chainsaw for a townie!

Bought this as I was sick of always having to sort out some issue with the Mac 335 petrol chainsaw I have. I only use a chainsaw occasionally and I just want it to work when I pick it up and not have to worry about fuel, etc. I also wanted one I could take away in the caravan to saw up wood for a fire and this will do the job admirably. I can recharge it while I am driving from an inverter as it only takes about 45 mins. I have the 5A/h battery and it runs it for quite a long time havent run out of battery yet. I already had the EGO elecric mower which is absolutely great and works as well as my old petrol mower except now its nice and quiet, This chainsaw works as well as the Mac I reckon and is ideal for occasional use probably not as if you use one for a long time as recharging is longer than refueling and not a good solution in the bush! This chainsaw works excellently - thoroughly recommend it. EGO makes good stuff.

Too small

This plate is really to small to be useful and also it has holes in the each of the 4 corners. The plate is "domed" (a bit higher in the middle) and when I put an egg on the plate to fry it simply ran straight to the nearest hole and disappeared into the BBQ griller below! Its a stupidly small size and could only fry one egg and half a strip of bacon at best. Waste of money from my perspective.

Good torch

Good torch works well and I guess the only annoying thing about it is that it takes about 3 button presses to turn the torch on as it also has a work light feature and the button selects this function first and this should be the second function not the first - but thats my only issue with it.
