I took multiple different supplements this is the only thing that works this is the only thing that actually takes away your appetite and helps you get through the day without sitting around and eating junk food the directions say take to I take two I wait one hour and take another one and my appetite is gone gives you energy I would not recommend taking after 6 7 at night if you need to go to sleep for a good reason this on top of low calorie diet helps me lose 60 pounds in 4 months
