Take one capsule 2 to 3 times after meals each day. It controls my hunger and assists me in keeping my carbs in check.

A Nice Change
In an attempt to save space, I have been consolidating my DVD collection into 4 and 6 case holders. I tried 8 and 10, but they are difficult to work with and are too thick. The 6 disc holder fills both needs: space savings and ease of use. This latest order has been the best so far. Where before I might receive 2 or more that are broken or crushed, this seller does a good job packaging. I have ordered from this seller on 3 different occasions (should have ordered the 100 rather than the 50 case for even better savings), and each time all cases were in proper working order. They offer a good product, well-packaged and a good price. I highly recommend them.

Not So Fond Memories
2 of 2 found this helpful When I saw this series listed on PBS they were already half way thru the series. However, watching shows 6 & 7 on PBS sparked me to buy. I don't know just how accurate all the information is, but I do remember about before getting drafted, getting drafted, serving in Vietnam, then how things (and me) were after my return. I know some who served there saw worse things than I did, but I think for all who served or those who had loved ones who served, will find this series worth the cost and time even though some of the scenes will bring about not so fond memories.
