Scanner not ready
Problem configuring printer. Tech support no help. Ended up doing hard reset of system. Not in the manual. Press and hold power and print button at the same time.
Good luck! Took me 3 hrs.

Flexi leash
The best leash on the market. Cord version rolls smooth allowing dog to feel free. Never grab the cord or will get rope burn.

Good product but needs improvement
Good product for what I needed it for but here’s what I found out. The mic switch is kind of cheap had a hard time getting it to switch on. Being the first timer with a mic you needed to have it close to mouth.
