1 of 1 found this helpful OK so years ago after trying several deodorant and having them fit my body type temporarily, I walked into a gnc and asked a lady if this product really worked. She advised me on how to use it and it really worked. So wash well, make sure ur stick or arm is wet rub it several times under your arm. I use an antiperspirant before bedtime.
