They are Actually, NON-STICK Gaskets.
The non-stick is great. Unlike the non-stick gaskets a few decades ago, that ripped, these hold up.
The price is right as well.

20% of Then Were Rejects. Others Were Usable, but not the best of quality.
This package included blemished pieces. One of them was questionably creased. Since these are 3000Grit, the odd edges may scratch the surface being polished. These were hand selected and packaged into a ziploc bag. The "bad" pieces were, most likely, deliberately included.
That's 20% of them were reject pieces.
As for the "good" pieces, when they get wet, the cloth backing tended to get loose. The Cloth is what grabs on to the "hooks" on the "velcro" surface of the disc. But it did stay on for the duration that I needed it for.
It's not worth returning them, or asking for replacements. My time is worth more. If this was an honest mistake, they need better quality control.

A Concept of Business Dealings In the Simplest of Level
It is geared for kids, but they would need to want to understand the key words that the book is teaching. Otherwise, kids will only read the book like a comic book, skipping the big words, look at the pictures and go to next page. And at the end, they would say the story was boring. This is recommended for kids who show interest in doing an actual business, like selling lemonade. The book can show the basics of how a business works in the simplest level.
