Low Quality Product. Won't last!

Very poor quality. Broke at the base first time using it. Lost stiffness and is now unusable.

Lukewarm...

Unfortunately, the first time I used it, the soup was lukewarm at best. Perhap 5 hours was too much to expect? The product is built okay and for the cost I guess it's what I expected would happen. Not really able to use it though...
