They are very strong, so they should last a long time, hopefully longer than the factory equipped ones.
These were very easy to install. I used a standard screwdriver to remove the old ones by pushing the clip loose. The new ones just snapped into place. The dealer wanted $65.00 for a set of these. Glad I made this purchase! Anyone need an old broom handle to hold their hood open? I have one I don't need.

I use this under my motorcycle helmut in cool weather.
I've only used it a couple of times and it does keep my face warm in cool weather. I am able to position it so that the top of the opening is just above my eyes and the bottom just below my nose. I think it is a good value.

Old clips fit perfectly in these shoes.
The clips I removed from my old shoes fit perfectly. Plus, I am able to walk pretty well in them, as the clips are somewhat recessed. I have a Rans Tailwind recumbent bike.
