As-new, appeared never used!
As-new; it appeared to never have a tire mounted on it. No scratches on the paint, and no tire bead sealant anywhere. Additional evidence of it being unused was no valve stem had ever been installed. I'm not saying every wheel would look like this, but the one I was shipped did. Shipped sell packed in a sturdy carton.

Completely as-described; totally new and unused. The cotton material is stiff, and the color is a uniform shade of OD. No corrosion on the metal bits.
