Protects the lens
Been using these for 25 years. They fit if you measure correctly and they last. Small size and protect the lens from dust , grit. Great for keeping out rain and snow.

Avian Laydown Turkey Decoy
0 of 1 found this helpful Looks great. Nice paint job and feather texture, simulating a live bird. Product appears to be quite durable. Have yet to take a turkey because of its appearance, no fault of the decoy!

Positive Review
It is not like the original fiber mat but is cut well to fit perfectly. Looks like aluminized closed cell foam. It is too early to tell if it has the potential for longevity or melts away under some conditions.
It is quite expensive for what it is, however I know this made for a very old tractor so is not in heavy demand. Glad to have this.
The instructions were vey fine.
The party selling it was very cordial and prompt.
