  Buyer was unwilling to listen when I told them a few different times that I did not know how to give them a set shipping price after giving me their address. I let them know the shipping was calculated by Ebay, not myself. After sending me an offer I was under the impression he saw and was fine with the calculated shipping price. They waited almost two hours and after item was already dropped off to demand I send them a partial refund. 2 calls were made to eBay by me and suggestions were given
