No dust jacket!

Book did not arrive with dust jacket! I am really disappointed because there are times I buy books because I love the cover and want the book to have the dust jacket!! The description says nothing about not having a dust jacket, etc....Also, book was shipped on 2/11. Did not arrive until 2/22!
