great solution for home shop/small shop
I was initially skeptical about this product. I used one for my 1HP lathe. It was 3 phase and I only have 220 single phase in my new smaller shop. I was about to have to buy a new lathe. I decided to try this first. Glad I did. There is some HP loss but for my type of work where I face and turn mostly lighter parts it turned out not to be a big deal. Being able to slow the machine down from the dial is real nice too. I have a gearbox machine but its easy to dial it down, especially when checking runout or something like that. It worked out so well that I bought a second unit to run my Doall vertical band saw with same 3 phase issue. Instructions are very simple to understand. Just read specs off the motor and match to the unit. Wiring is very easy. Mounting is even easier. This particular unit is very bare bones with no electronic programming to deal with. Great low cost solution to phase issues.

perfect ignition
1 of 1 found this helpful I have used these units on a few bikes over the last 10 years. They are super simple to wire up and that is not only nice for the amount of work but it can really cut down on how much wire you need to operate a custom bike. The selectable switches are very easy to set up per the instructions and you can use this on stock engines and super high performance as well. Unit is nicely made and durable. No flimsy stuff here. A really great item for any custom where you want to slim down the harness.

nice table at great value
This table has great value. Was easy to assemble. Very sturdy and well supported. Fit of parts was excellent. Finish was nice and has been very durable to regular use. Light enough to move around easily for cleaning or to take and use outside as well.
