Real massage
Hurts so good, balls grab tissues and really offer relief. No wack vibrations or random warm heat. The red lights are the heat points in the balls offering true heat at the proper places needed.

Great Replacement
Although no cable came with controller, it charged and synced with a cable I already had and functions very well. Only thing missing was the geometry shapes on the right hand push buttons for persons that don't play regularly and need visual reference.
