Replacement Disc was just as described and worked perfectly
The Pfister 974-2500 Ceramic Disc Cartridge, 35mm, was used to replace the same part in the faucet. It fixed the handle stiffness problem so there was no need to replace the entire faucet. The part was brand new and as described.
