  I've been selling Alpha-stim devices on Ebay for years and have shipped to numerous countries. I have never had any issues with the functionality of the device or the shipping. Every device is tested, and every package is packed professionally and securely. This is the only case that I've had an issue with and based on the pics that the buyer sent me, it looks like the package was damaged intentionally. In any case, I gave the buyer a full refund and did not even ask her to return the package.
