A little expensive in the age of cheap imports but the combination of all the features is worth it to me.
I purchase this light after reading about the features online. The light is tiny so don't expect the more than your cell phone supplies. I like that I can break a window if necessary with the built-in point but that same point has sketchy contact in one of my car's sockets. I have to wiggle it around to get it to charge. The other lighter socket is fine so YMMV. The magnet is decent and the flashing red strobe will have you seeing spots if you look at it. The one feature that I never considered is being able to use the light while it is in the socket. I can turn it on and it lights up my center console directly beneath the light. Similar to the old map lights that cars used to have!

A little extra protection never hurts!
I use Eset as my main internet protection suite. But, I tried this on the recommendation of a friend and it caught a couple issues that Eset missed. So I went ahead and purchased the 3 pc license so I can add it to my wife and son's computers also.

Good for 2 years but can't recommend for APC battery backup.
When I purchased these batteries I couldn't have been more excited, because for the price they were a steal. Now 2 years down the road both batteries split on one end. They probably split on that end as that's where all of the circuitry and the big transformer (heat) are in my APC battery backup. The original batteries just wore out, they never split like these. So to be completely fair they might still be going if installed in something where they could get more venting or cooling. But I can't recommend them for APC battery backup use. As I got 2 years of backup I rated them as 3 stars.
