Works like new
Pros: it works. Price was good value.
Cons: the control box does get warm to hot at times. Not sure how much of an issue that is. Didn't notice it in the pictures or description but the plug into the computer does not have a 90 degree bend to it like previous one did. It sticks straight out of the computer when plugged in. Not a big deal but different than expected.
I would buy this again. .

Just like new
Looked just like the original that had developed a tear in the cover. Fairly simple to replace with a few instructional videos from YouTube. Printer working just like new. Thanks. Would buy again

Saved $400
Was skeptical a bit but this worked. Cleared the photoreceptor error message and the printer is working again. Saved $400 instead of buying a new drum.
